Over 25 years in Lean Production (TPS) implementation. Within our consulting team he leads the introduction stage — turning TPS from a concept into something the shop floor can actually execute, which is the hardest and most common place for programmes to stall.

His background as a procurement and finance manager means he reads waste on the floor and cost structure on the books at the same time. On supplier collaboration and cost questions, that dual view moves the discussion past "can we do it" to "is it worth doing".

Industries advised include forklift trucks, machine tools and automotive components.

Keynote speaker at the 2025 briefing for the Industrial Development Administration's "Digitalised Lean Management (TPS) Subsidy Programme", presenting "From Fundamentals to Lean Digitalisation and R&D". The briefing was jointly presented by the Industrial Development Administration (MOEA), the Industrial Technology Research Institute and the Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry; the title slide identifies him as the programme's TPS implementation consultant.

The session walked through real coaching cases: the shift from batch module production to one-piece flow, assembly time reduction, rework of a difficult wiring operation, and the introduction of cloud-based self-inspection sheets to achieve process completion at source and reduce customer complaints.
