It started at Kuozui Motors, inside the Toyota system
Mr. Lee Chao-Sen, who leads JINGJIN, is a former President of Kuozui Motors and a former independent director of Hotai Motor — an executive who grew up alongside Taiwan’s industry. We bring the lean management practice of the authentic Japanese Toyota Production System onto Taiwanese shop floors, so that the improvement capability forged inside a major manufacturer is available to every company that wants to keep getting better.

Why we pair lean with AI and systems
Most of our IT team came from the information systems department of Kuozui Motors. They have run projects on live production floors and they were trained in the TPS way of thinking. We use systems integration, IoT, AI visual inspection, RPA and AI implementation planning to turn the results of lean improvement into data you can see and keep — first use TPS to clarify the process, then use systems to lock the improvement in.

Where your data lives
Most of the companies we work with supply the electronics industry, and their own customers require absolute confidentiality. So we take a position on this before anyone asks: for project work, on-premises is the default. Building systems that run inside the plant is what this company does — the server and the database sit on your site, designed and built for each engagement.
To be clear about the standard product: PlainReport is currently offered as a cloud version and is listed in the MOEA Industrial Competitiveness Advisory Corps AI Tool Library. A fully offline, on-premises edition is still under development. If your data cannot leave the plant at all, the project route is the one to take today.
We take only the fields that are needed, sensitive values are replaced with codes whose mapping stays on your side, and when the work is done the source code, documentation and SBOM are handed over in full — so you can maintain it without us.
We do not hold ISO 27001 certification, and we say so early rather than let an audit find it. If you already have a supplier security questionnaire, send it over — we will fill it in and send it back, free of charge.
