Plan C|Customer Touchpoints
Packages
Every contact leaves a record you can act on. Business card capture, digital cards, notification tracking, caller identification and multilingual translation. Two to four weeks.
Who this is for
Your sales team collects cards, takes calls and visits customers, but none of it stays with the company.
Where clients usually start
Business cards sit in a drawer, nobody remembers what a customer asked last time, and migrant staff cannot read the notices. The value of every contact leaks away.

How acceptance is defined
The figures below are the system's design targets. The actual acceptance baseline and thresholds are set during the current-state diagnosis, from your own plant's numbers, and written into the implementation contract — without a baseline there is nothing to accept against.
- Business-card capture rate → 100%
- Every customer contact traceable
Cost
- Implementation NT$120,000–250,000
Includes setup, data import, training and go-live. - Monthly fee NT$5,000–10,000
Maintenance, version updates and remote support.
How to start
Begin with a current-state diagnosis, NT$36,000: we come to your floor, and two weeks later you get a report setting out where the waste is, what it is costing you in money, what we recommend doing, and which government grants you could apply for.
If you have already completed Stage 1 of the MOEA Industrial Competitiveness Advisory Corps diagnosis and hold the advisory diagnosis report, you do not need this current-state diagnosis and can go straight to an implementation quote; cross-system customisation or shop-floor process change is assessed separately.
The diagnosis fee is not credited back and not refunded — the report has value on its own. Even if you do not go ahead with us, you can use it yourself, or put it into a grant application. If you do sign an implementation contract, we add 16 hours of custom development at no charge.
Overseas sites
Plants in mainland China and Southeast Asia are quoted separately. Travel, accommodation and visa costs are borne by your company, and work is scheduled in blocks of at least three days, travel included — flying out for a two-hour visit does not serve either side, so the free shop-floor visit is not available overseas. The quoting currency and which side carries any cross-border withholding tax are confirmed in writing with the quote.
If your plant has rules against data leaving the country, say so on the first call. Those rules are usually stricter overseas than in Taiwan, and our approach is the same either way: settle the data question first, then talk about features.
What does Plan C|Customer Touchpoints solve?
We start by understanding the problem on the manufacturing floor, in the management process and in how data moves — not by reaching for a tool. Typical situations include unstable delivery, quality abnormalities, excess inventory, gaps in shop-floor reporting, system data that cannot support decisions, or a manager who wants improvement results made systematic and measurable.
How we implement it
Implementation follows the TPS way of thinking: first clarify the objective, the current process, where the waste comes from and what benefit is expected, then choose the right systems, AI, IoT or automation. Every option comes back to three questions — can the floor actually use it, can improvement continue, and can managers see the right information?
Where to go next
If you are not sure which service to start with, look at our case studies, or use the enquiry form to tell us your industry, your size and the problem you are facing. We will help you work out the order of priority.
