The consulting team
專長
Our consultants come from the automotive system. On the floor they range from line leader to section manager level; in the office from manager to president level, each with twenty to thirty years or more of hands-on experience across shop-floor manufacturing, production control, equipment, quality, HR and finance. Most of the IT team came from the information systems department of Kuozui Motors, with extensive project experience on live production floors.
Toyota / 國瑞體系經驗
Several of our consultants came out of Kuozui Motors (the Toyota system), bringing authentic Japanese lean management onto Taiwanese shop floors.
Strip it back until anyone can understand it and do it, so improvement becomes part of daily work and eventually part of the culture.
