Joined Kuozui Motors in 1984 and stepped down in March 2018 — 34 years.
He served across the first manufacturing division (stamping, welding, maintenance), the second manufacturing division (painting, assembly, production control, maintenance), equipment maintenance management and quality assurance, later becoming Senior Assistant Vice President and plant head, then Vice President.
From April 2015 to March 2018 he served as Director and President — the first Taiwanese national to hold the presidency at Kuozui.
He has also served as an independent director of Hotai Motor.
