What we did
At the final results presentation for the Merida Niche Collaborative Production Programme — organised by the Industrial Development Administration, MOEA — JINGJIN served as lead consultant to the programme. Lee Chao-Sen, President of JINGJIN, spoke in the panel session on where lean management and digital technology meet, drawing on shop-floor experience to give the participating companies concrete improvement recommendations rather than general principles.
Results
The programme brought together the Corporate Synergy Development Center and companies across the Merida supply chain, and the results presented covered both lean management and IT implementation. JINGJIN continues to work the same way: lean first, digital second.
