What we did
JINGJIN was invited by the Corporate Synergy Development Center to teach its course on changeover improvement and management. The course covered how to optimise the changeover sequence, applying SMED, what to watch on the floor, and worked examples from real plants — so that participants could go back and raise both throughput and the quality of their own shop-floor management.
